RR Spray Tan Artists are responsible for providing our 5-star spray tan services to a wide array of clients. Our clients come in all shapes, sizes, skin tones and genders and receive services in varying levels of undress (men must wear undergarments), so if you’re not okay with nudity…this isn’t the job for you.
This job is physically and mentally demanding. You are required to stand for the majority of your shift while also squatting and standing countless times during appointments and carrying on a conversation with your client. It will eventually become like walking and chewing gum (and you will be in training until it does) but you must be physically able to perform the repetitive service. You also need to be friendly and have an upbeat and fun personality that can adapt to your clients. We can teach almost anyone how to spray tan, so personality and demeanor are our top priorities when looking for the right fit.
This job is fast paced and requires you not only perform the spray tan service, but also check out your client and clean your room in a 20 minute appointment time. There isn’t time to dilly dally so you need to be able to stay on task and think on your feet. Your shift will fly by because you will be BUSY!
Other personal attributes you should have to be successful in this role? Must be age 19 or older, extremely detail oriented, eagerness to learn, stellar interpersonal skills and most of all…be a team player. This is a small business and there’s no such thing as “that’s not my job”. We know that teamwork truly does make the dream work…and we DREAM BIG! A three shift paid audition is required prior to a job offer to not only ensure we love you…but to ensure you love us. If you are hired, training for this position requires a MINIMUM of 15 hours per week during the 3 week training period. Training days and times are flexible but you must be able to give us 40 hours within a three week period before moving to your standard days and shifts.

Starting Pay: Starting artists can make up to $35+ per hour inclusive of hourly pay, tips and commissions
