Please read our cancellation policy carefully...

Recreating Rays requires a credit card to hold all appointments. Your card information is securely stored with Stripe and is ONLY charged in the event of a late cancel or no show. Please bring your form of payment to your appointment as we do not process payment through our booking system unless required by violation of this policy. 

Why do we do this?
We are an appointment-based business. We rarely have walk-ins so any cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the service drastically impair our ability to re-book your time slot. Most of our appointments are booked anywhere from 3-30 days in advance and when you book, your time is held just for you. 

If your schedule regularly changes or effects your ability to keep appointments, please don't hesitate to contact us at 913.526.9326 within a day or two (or even day of) your preferred date to see if we can get you in. If we have a spot...we will happily put you in there!

The Policy
Any cancellation less than 24 hours in advance of appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Members will forfeit one membership session for late cancellations.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, we may or may not be able to provide you service based on our schedule following your appointment time. PLEASE CALL OR TEXT if you know you are going to be late so that we can make every effort to work with you to reschedule, if necessary. Please understand that many times our appointments are scheduled back-to-back and your tardiness effects everyone following you. We will not put ourselves behind schedule in order to accommodate any client and you may be charged a late cancellation fee, as well.
